Unhappy Selling my 2004 c230k

What do you guys think is a reasonable price to ask?

Black Opal
Charcoal interior

Options:

Automatic
Bi-xenons (from factory NOT installed after)
Premium Leather
Comand w/2004 CD#1
CD changer (glove box)
Memory Seats/Steering wheel/Mirrors
Split folding rear seats
Full size spare (C7) with correct full size plastic cover (not foam)
Sunroof option

+ standard stuff

basically all options except heated seats and bose

I have ~17K miles on it and was purchased in Aug. 2003.

New baby on the way, my wife now needs a "mercedes" minivan or ML. KBB and NADA do not have 2004 yet.

Thanks

Question Thanks!

"2004" with C7 wheels, not 2004.5. It is so ridiculous that MB does this.

2004 = brag cener console, wipers, clear fog lights, etc.
2004 = WTF 2004.5 has new exhaust, staggered, etc.

2004.5 = brag about exhaust, staggered
2004.5 = WTF 2005 has AMG kit, DVD nav, more buttons,

2005= brag about AMG kit, DVD nav, more buttons.
2005= WTF? 2005.5 has new 225hp I4, active headlights, panorama roof.

Anyway, thanks I might just keep the car and buy a "caravan" ($8K hit in 10 months is too much)

1st year hits are the worst. Even leases acknowledge that - 20 % hits. Thats not even taking into account: facelifts, rebates, etc.

Unfortunately in the rest of the country you might be able to a little bit better. But CA is not there. I wish I would've been able to buy mine at CA pricing.
