MOOG R-Series Control Arms
I am about to replace the front lower control arms on a 2004 C240 4Matic. I am thinking about using MOOG R-Series control arms in order to save some money. The MOOG parts will cost $280.00 compared to more than four times that for M-B parts.
Has anyone had any experience with the MOOG R-Series parts? Are they decent quality? Do the ball joints have zerk fittings?
This is for a car my daughter will be driving while she is at college. She will only be six hours from home, but I really don't want to worry about the car while she is away.
