break pads
The front wheels have new break pads and the medial edge of the pad which is closer to the center of the disk are touching the disk unlike the lateral edge which is further away from the center and which can be seen a couple of millimeters away from the disk. The car seems like it has a stuck caliper. Is the problem with the caliper or disk

Who did the brakes?
Very roughly, the wheel should turn with less than ~15 ft/lbs of effort.
Btw, for cars/automotive, it's front/back, not medial/lateral.
Most new brake pads have tapered edges. That's to allow the pad to seat/break-in properly.
