2006 C230 with 139k and 2005 C240 4matic
stuck wheels
The 240 4matic seems to have stuck wheels. The wheels are a little hard to spin after i lifted the car.
I have removed the caliper and the brake pads and tried to spin the disk using both hands. It was a little hard to spin. Since the calipers are not the culprit, what could be the problem? Not to forget that the car is 4matic. Yes, the car was on neutral and the hand brake is released. Is it possible to be the hand brake despite it is released and not brake light is on????

the front ones only, but all wheels are acting up the same
