The swap can be done but you will need a donor car or full swap kit. Parts needed are, 716.6xx manual transmission with throw out cylinder and complete shifter assembly with boot and knob, MB dual mass flywheel with bolts and pilot bearing, clutch disc, pressure plate, clutch/brake pedal cluster with hydraulic lines, cylinder and switches, front half of drive shaft or assembly, and these are just the main hard parts. You will still have to version code the engine control module and fabricate some wiring to make it work. It will be easier to sell your automatic car and find a decent 6 speed car if that's what you want.
