Remove CD changer cartridge with aftermarket head unit??
I replaced my stereo a few years back and the cd changer now won't eject the cartridge. There's some CDs still in there! Lol. There a way to get the cartridge to eject without reconnecting the factory stereo?

I'm trying to sell the car. If anyone's interested... asking $4500.
