Is the sequentronic accelerate faster than the touch-shift from 0-100?

i believe the sequentronic is a clutchless stick, kind of like the SMG M3. Whereas, the touchshift is an automatic transmission.

This is correct. The sequentronic has an Auto-mode if you prefer not doing the shifting yourself. However, it won't auto-shift as smooth as the auto (I think the sequentronic lacks a tourqe-converter... or not... not sure if this is possible on a closer thought... I know the seqentronic only has a single clutch though).

My impression is that BMW's SMGII is far more sophisticated than the sequentronic (in terms of shifting performance.) I didn't test-drive any car with sequentronic yet, but I think I will drop by my dealer this weekend to try it out.
