Fault code P0140 advice

SL 350 R230 (3.7L with AMG Speedshift autobox)
Fault code P0140 advice
My wife's car has P0140 code, which I've looked online and think it's a sensor fault for air. Gut feeling is one of the exhaust sensors perhaps?, I don't think it's the MAF but could be wrong?.
