Hey all, so I have a 2003 C320 wagon (about 107k miles) that has a weird stalling problem. When I'm coming off the highway to make a right on red, the engine completely stalls out when I re-apply the gas to turn right. The electrical doesn't cut (radio and A/C still going full blast), and the engine light doesn't come on. I've never experienced it stalling except at that corner. Any ideas?

 

Do you have a CEL or stored codes? The most likely culprit is a bad MAF sensor. You might be able to clean it or it might need replacing.

 

No CEL or codes, checked with OBD device.

 

Make sure the engine cover is fully seated on the maf...I had this same issue on my c320 and it was because the shop who worked on the car did not fully seat the air box
