Every time I fill the coolant, it will hold. As soon as I turn on the engine the coolant will shoot out of this pipe behind my wiper fluid reservoir. One pipe comes into it from the top, and this is the second pipe that comes out from the top.
That pipe has to go somewhere. Look around for another loose hose or pipe flopping around in that area. If I were to guess, the hose you're looking for should be connected to the washer fluid jets in the hood. Start there and start tracing. Good luck.
