Fusez are the same for either halogen or Xenon.
There are fyse charts around here you can download. or check in the fuse compartment on the left side of the dash. Usually a little chart in there if it's still there.
If it won't come on it could be the bulb the igniter or the ballast. Bulb is easy swap between the two sides, the other two pieces not so easy.
So what's the actual problem you're having? of course once you've checked the fuses
