I drove one for a couple of laps at the CSpotDrive event in Charlotte. I was actually impressed with the responsiveness and the handling of the car.
As an old, ex-autocrosser, I found the car to have a lot of stick, to be very stable in transitions, and to have adequate scoot coming out of a corner. It did understeer coming out of corners under power, but turning off the ESP did allow the tail to be brought around a little by trail braking and then picking up the throttle.
For competition, I would definitely go with the 6-speed, as the slush box was definitely a 1/2 beat behind in most places, but all-in-all, it was a very solid piece.
For some reason, it actually felt more solid than the C230Coupe that I drove back-to-back with it. I don't know if the springs/shocks are uprated with the 320, but it definitely felt more composed than the 230.
