2002 C 240
2002 C240
Driver side temperature control is non-functional. Passenger side temp control functions correctly. With A/C on, cool air from the dashboard vents on passenger side only. Driver side is warm, even though temp setting is adjusted to 62F on both sides. Any suggestions on diagnosis and repair? Many thanks.

Plug it into a STAR or icarsoft diagnostic tool and find out what codes are stored.

2002 C 240
The C230 has diagnostic codes for the climate control system. These codes are accessible right off of the instrument cluster. Unfortunately I cannot access the diagnostic codes from my 2002 C240. Is the C240 not equipped with that capability?
