Spark plugs flooded oil w202 c280 V6

Spark plugs flooded oil w202 c280 V6
im driving w202 c280 V6 98m ,400.000 on the clock .
Spark plugs keeps flooded with oil then car is misfire plugs from MB i even bought 2pin spark plugs problem persist .
Other Machenics says rigs are finished i must redone engine, others says no ways could be Valve stam seals leaking.
When i remove plugs i could see oil on the threats of spurk plugs and also inside .
So please help the does the oil comes from/or should i redone the engine that engine never opened since 98 please help guys i keep changing spark plugs every week when car misfire.
