INTERMITTENT REMOTE CENTRAL LOCKING
I have a 2007 Mercedes B170 which is having intermittent central locking issues. Basically it works fine then for no obvious reason stops. Neither the lock or unlock will work. This has only happened when the doors are in the open position. The red flashing light is appearing on both remotes when the problem occurs. I have had two seperate auto sparks look at the issue with no luck. The last re programmed the remotes to see if that would resolve the issue but no joy. I have also tried the IR by holding the remote 2mm from the sensor but this does not operate either when the problem is occuring. It will then for no reason at all just start to work again but will stop after a few days. The windows have not been tinted on the car either so this doesnt seem to be the issue. Any advice would be much appreciated!!
