I saw the thread where you asked how to complete the install for the Expression (Evosport.com) Grill. I also have the same problem...
I can screw in the extra piece at the bottom but where does it go to fit into the top of the grill.
HELP!

There's more than one version of the MHD/Expression grille. I met up with one guy whose grille had different addon screw attachments and fiberglass piece.
What I ended up doing was using some KB-Kwik to glue the "L" shaped attachment near the stock screw hole and punched the screw through it.
The way the Expression grille was meant to be installed seemed way too flimpsy for me.
