Side marker lights - replacement on 2005 C230 Sedan
I have a cracked side marker that I will need to replace before I have the car inspected in March. (Virginia has an annual state inspection requirement.) I was planning to just replace it with an OEM amber lens, but I saw this on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/172451607...MakeTrack=true
Does anyone have experience with these? Specifically:
1. How difficult are they to install?
2. How well do they fit?
3. Are there problems with bulb error codes?
4. Are they DOT compliant or is compliance only applicable to headlights and tail lights?
Any other recommendations or observations are appreciated.
