any structural difference btw w203 coupe and cl203 coupe
I want to change my broken speakers grill on my mercedes c coupe 2007, but I saw grills categorised as w203 and cl203 which one should buy to match my 2007 coupe.

Stick to the CL203 (coupe) speakers. The door panels may have a similar looking style, but they're actually completely different.
My general rule is that only the engine and drivetrains are the same. Not only may the mounting points be different, but the manufacturer might be completely different as well.
The surest way to tell is to bring your VIN to the dealer and get the correct part numbers, then check suppliers as needed. Even in the same model year, sometimes the part numbers vary for the same part. Mercedes is notorious for this.
