Water Leak in Car
I've been driving through the rain for the past few days(real bad weather). The car was starting to smell and i decided to clean it up. While doing so, i noticed that the left ONLY, both front and rear, mats were wet(source of the bad smell). Removed them and found out that the carpet underneath were damp as well. The ride side(driver side here) was fine.
I can't figure out how water got in. Is there an opening underneath or maybe a hole due to rust? Should i expect the worst?
The leak has to be from the bottom as there was no sign of water leak anywhere from above. I would even notice the damp carpet if i hadn't removed the car mats because of the bad smell.
