question about modding the c240 engine
i just found out that the engine in my 240 is the same in the 320. the only difference is the stroke. can anyone tell me what internal parts i need to change in order to make my car a 320?Also if there are any other parts related to the powertrain that i would have to change?

With the normal increase of pricing and the value of his car he'd be better off buying a used C32 and getting rid of his car.

my car got flooded and i bought it back cheap from the insurance company. i used the extra money to pay my tuition. i got some extra cash, and my pops got a machine shop, so he'll be able to do it. i've asked him a bunch of times to look into it but he's really busy and doesnt find the time to check what engine internal parts are different.

At the very minimum...
Just for a start-crankshaft,rods,camshafts,balancer,ECU.I'd be very surprised if there aren't a LOT of other less obvious but equally important differences.
A better approach would be to install a C320 engine and drivetrain from a wreck.
