Service A on W203
OK, I did my "search" first but did not find much about Service "A." What exactly will they do? My car is in today for the first service. Can I expect that they will know to review all TSB's and upgrade my computer where necessary?

At my stealership they only will work TSBs when a complaint matching a TSB is made. Remember that they get possible bonuses for keeping warranty costs down.
Make sure you are familiar with the dyno mode for your car. Verify the oil level with it prior to leaving them. It is not unheard of that the paperwork will state the correct amount of oil but the dyno mode will show it low. In my case it was ~1 1/2 qt low.

Had Service A last week
They did have the car for 3 days but that was because I had problems with one Bixenon and the purge valve. They gave me a 2004 ML 350 so, I didnt mind so much. They replaced the whole light and purge valve. The car really runs nice now with no more ticking noise. However, they scuffed the front fender when changing the light fixture. I brought it back and they compounded it out. Definitely look over your car when you pick it up. While I was there another customer was screaming at them for seriously scratching his front fender.
As for what they do I'm not really sure. I looked at the invoice but it didn't give details. I know they change the oil and wipers and check/refill fluids. They must also do some tuning because my car is driving better than it ever has.

so I was just wondering what they are doing today...forgot to look before I dropped it off
