C200 Kompressor (M111.955) sound
I have Mercedes C200 Kompressor from 2001 with 170 000 kilometers on it for some time now and I was always concerned about the whining noise that is very audible in the interior while driving slowly. The whine is most audible when RPMs are something between 1500 and 2300.
For example, you can hear it perfectly while cruising at 70 km/h, but at 100 km/h there's no engine noise. I am pretty sure the noise comes from the supercharger and I even had it replaced with the used one from another car that only had around 70 000 kilometers, but that did not change anything.
I'm also noticing that whining noise is much more loader when sitting in the driver seat. Also, there's less supercharger noise when whether is damp.
Is it possible that there is more noise because of worn engine mounts? At least that could somewhat explain why there's less noise during damp days as wet rubber should do a better job dealing with vibrations.
Any ideas highly appreciated

C 200 Kompressor
I have Mercedes C200 Kompressor 2002 with only about 80,000 KM. Recently when I turned the key to second position, I heard whining noise which is coming from center A/C.
The whining noise only sounded five times, and then the sound disappeared. Can anyone tell me what happy and how to solve the problem. Thanks.
