Mercedes Optional Extended Limited Warranty Within one year from the start date of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty the original owner can purchase extended Basic or Premium Warranty Coverage for an additional 12, 24, or 36 months - up to 100,000 total accrued miles.
Is this correct?

Just a couple of weeks ago there was discussion of the extended warranty. It really is not a 7 year warranty for most people, but could be a 100,000 mile. Price is $1680 for the additional 3 years 50,000 miles. Anything more is a vacation trip for the dealer, pure profit.

Do a search. There is a dealer in Chico, CA that will sell it to you for $1690 and it is zero deductible. The only down side is it doesn't cover the Stereo equipment. Can't figure out why MBUSA would leave it out. You could also search the MBUSA web site for Chico, CA. I believe the fianance manager's name is Lisa.
