Hello there, I am new to MB and this is the first Benz I’ve ever owned.

i purchased a one owner 07 C230 Sport with 120,000 miles on it for $3,000. The car looks and runs great, haven’t had any drive ability issues from it so far.
However, the Check Engine light has come on and these are the codes it is throwing. Have had it for about 2 months now. Was told that there was a recall which would fix my issues and I took it to MB and all they did was reinstall a wiring harness for the camshaft which only took away one code, P2015.

As far as I have been told these are not major issues but it seemed to come from shops that I’ve taken it to that don’t really seem like they know what they’re talking about with a MB as not a lot of folks where I live drive them. Are these major major issues? My registration is due soon and in North Carolina, with a check engine light you automatically fail the inspection. Any advice, tips, estimation of cost and what these codes involve and mean for my vehicle? Thank you!
