My car is leaking coolant from one of the hoses running under the bumper. I'm trying to replace it but i cant find the part or the piece it connects too. Can somebody tell what part it is please? The second hose that isn't broken connects to the piece in the picture.

One of them goes to the sprayer but the other one has to be a coolant line because its leaking coolant. Also, the washer fluid reservoir has been empty for some time and it cant be anything other than coolant flowing through that other line.
