Question Seat removal

Does anyone know what kind of tool is used to remove the bolts that hold the seats in place? I have an '02 C230 coupe and the bolt is something that I have never seen. Is this a tool that can be purchased anywhere? Any help would be appreciated.

The socket you need is an E12 Torx. Any place that sells automotive tools will have one.

also referred to as a inverse torx socket if you get it from snap on.

Inverse is the generic name for it, yes. It says E12 on my Snap-On socket.

I found a set made by a company called Lisle at the local Sears store. It contains the E6 - E16. Thanks again for your replies.
