Do the 05 come with the adaptive headlights, i thought they did but it is not mentioned in any of the websites,

The dealer also mentioned this to me, but for some reason nothing is mentioned in the MBUSA website or the C class brouchure.

C-Class has only cornering foglamps. Not available though on Sport Sedans. Something about the AMG bodystyling.
