2007 c280 transmission
Hello.
I have a 2007 c280 with 77k miles on it. w203. It has the 5-speed transmission and I am having some troubles figuring out what path I should take to diagnose my transmission issue.
Behavior - The transmission, at a stop light, will not go back into gear, it will act as though it's in neutral. Leading up to this the transmission shifts funny going up hills acts as though there is some sort of heavyweight I am pulling.
I read about the leaks that can harm the electronic communication. Looking for someone to get me on the right path to run some tests and diagnose and repair this.

Thank you for your help in advance. I bought this car about 6 months ago and have only done a few oil changes, and had it serviced by an MB dealership to fix some oil scelionid(s) that was failing.
