What does a factory rep do?
Hello,
Went to the MBLN again yesterday to switch the loaner. Anyway, talked to the service rep again and all the answer I get is no idea of ETA of the correct part. The factory rep is looking into.
So I am trying to get the name of the factory rep and see if I can talk to him directly and get some more info and status. What does a factory do exactly?
Seems to me that it's a stalling tactic.

The dealer should be able to tell you when the rep will be at the dealership. Just tell them you want to make an appt. to see him. If they are not helpful, call the 800# and tell them you want to see the rep. I had no problem getting an appt. to see him.
