Hello,
Just got a 2007 C230 sport and love it but I was wondering if there is a compatible factory stereo head unit I could upgrade to that has a screen for backup or just Bluetooth so I can connect my cellphone for music etc..

2005 C230 Sport Sedan-6 Speed Manual
I haven’t done it myself, but I have seen posts from people who retrofitted the MB Command system in our cars. The Command unit offered additional capabilities including navigation. I don’t know whether it adds the features you want. If you search on terms like “Command retrofit “ you should be able to find out. I installed a Kenwood after market unit to obtain the functions you seek. The technology in the W203 OEM units was designed in the early 2000s which is ancient history in the automotive infotainment field. You can read this thread https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...0-revival.html. For information about my installation. Someone posted information about his Command install which may help as well. The posts about the Kenwwod unit are near the bottom of the first page.

There's a GPS unit which may or may not have the Bluetooth capability. The stereo equipment compatible with your car would've started for MY2005, which probably means the design for it would be from 2003 or so. Not sure if there is a factory or aftermarket puck which would do the trick. 2008 and later would have what you're looking for for sure.

I got my 2003 C230 factory head unit retrofitted with a BT chip by Becker Auto Sound. I had to ship it to them in NJ, and got it back in a little over a week. Cost was around $125 if I remember correctly. It works great, and I can stream music from my iPhone AND listed to the iPhone GPS guidance at the same time over my speakers. The BT chip uses the tape function of your head unit, so you just won't be able to listed to audio tapes any longer.
