Rims

I was driving back from class today when I noticed an E320 stop a little ahead of me in the next lane. It looked pretty normal until I had a quick glance at the rims. I thought I was having delusions; the spokes on the rims were rotating even when the car was stopped!!!!! Thought that was a little interesting bit, lol. Anyone ever seen these or know what kind of rims they are??

LOL. Nevermind. I figured out what it was on my own.

I guess I don't really pay attention to people's rims while I'm driving. Could be why?? I've lived here all my life, btw.
