No fuel pressure, must be fuel pump.
Pretty easy to replace, it's in the tank, just make sure you use
tie wraps on the fuel connection on the re-install, and use one of those
tie wrap tighteners and there are different formulations of tie wraps, get the ones that can
withstand being in a fuel tank.
