W203 rough start

W203 2002
W203 rough start
My w203 has a start issue, long crank when cold and still a bit rough after sitting for a few hours.
It has has p0171 code, I replaced the o2 sensor and code hasn’t come back, still rough start.
i though Maf sensor took it out leaned it (looked like maybe a little oil) put it back, same start issue,
put obd2 sensor on and maf air flow looks good, as well as temp.
Many suggestions of what to try next would be appreciated cheers.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if it is bleeding down after you turn the engine off, if yes, it could be the fuel filter. Also make sure the pump pressure with engine running is within specification.
