These were in the trunk of a 2006 Mercedes c230 I recently purchased and I can’t figure out where they go.

The cover on the bottom of the picture looks like the cover that goes in the corner of the engine compartment up closest to the window on the right side as your looking at the front of the car. If you're in the U.S. that's the corner closest to the windshield on the driver's side. The 'tube' faces downward.
