I have been researching this for the last couple of weeks.

I have an 02 C230, I have ABS, BAS, ESP lights, and the speedometer doesn't work. I'm getting error codes P0500, P0600. I bought the icarsoft i980, but I cant connect to abs, to find out which speed sensor is bad, and I am getting all kinds of CAN BUS errors.
The OBD read says the car is going 15MPH.

I did a resistance check on all the speed sensors and found one to me in the 800's while all the others were in the 600's, so I ordered a new speed sensor.

I disconnected all speed sensors but the OBD reader says the car speed is 15mph. Which leads me to think the transmission speed sensor, while searching for that I found the Conductor plate, but I have a manual transmission.

s there a conductor plate for a manual transmission?

Can anyone give me some ideas on where to start?

I took it to the mercedes dealership, they said they cant communicate to the abs module power and ground are good, I sent the module to BBA-REMAN, and I just got it back and I am still not able to communicate with the module, I will send it back tomorrow, does anyone know if or where the transmission speed sensor is?

I changed the left front speed sensor and moved it to the right, same result, and I am getting ready to change the back left speed sensor to see if that makes a difference.
