question about lowering car...

I have heard that you can buy the eibach pro kit for a c230 which is between 2-3 hundred and cut a half inch off the front to make it sit better.

I dont like the look of, even when i get a car lowered the front still appears to be about a half inch too high.

Is there any kits out there for these car that are in the same price range that will make the car sit very well.

I would buy a coilover kit but they are just too much money for me to be spending.

Also which spring kit can i buy that will drop my car the most. Looks like h&R drops it the most, also it looks like people cut an inch off the fronts. Is an inch too much or will it give it that totally dumped look.

I just dont want to go too low that it will make this car be a hassle rather than a great car to drive around.

Please help me out i must know soon. i am buying this car at the end of the week and i am lowering it right away.

Thank you for your help.

1) Don't cut your springs.
2) Your best bet is to use our famous feature on this forum to get all the different responses; both pro and con regarding ride height, comfort, drop, etc.
