Car Alarm Won't Go Off

2003 c320 Mercedes.

Seat wouldnt move forward or backward so I was checking fuses in car trunk, and when I pulled a fuse, the alarm keeps going off. I tried reinserting. Disconnecting battery.

I also unplugged and re plugged seat connections.

HELP!!!
