Problem with steering wheel controls - butttons

Hi everybody. I write form Spain, Mallorca ... sorry for my english!!

I have a 2001 C270 CDI W203 and I have a strange problem with the steering wheel controls or buttons. They are crazy, it seems that the "+" is allways pressed. In fact, if I put the stereo ON it increases volume to the maximum, and if I put down volume, it goes again to the maximum in 1 or 2 seconds!

I thought the problem were the buttons so I changed the aribag and buttons ... and it still the same. Then I changed the ring before the steering wheel, through this part goes the buttons signal and the airbag signal ... and it still the same. I have tried to follow the wires that come out of the ring but I canīt see where they go. I have these ideas:

The wires can be in bad condition, but I need to know where they finish to test them. If they finish in any module and the wires are in good condition, this module could be the responsable of the problem.
Does anyone know where this wires go? To which module are conneected this buttons? To the rear SAM, to the front SAM, to the aribag module????? I have even thought that the buttons are can bus module themselves and they could be connected directly to the bus but when I see the PCB of the buttons I canīt see any chip, just resistors, so I think they are not a can bus module themselves!!!

Can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot!
