shift ring part # please?

shift ring part # please?
Does anyone still have access to EPC and can check the latest part # for the shift ring (i.e. the chrome piece around the shifter) on a 2003 c230? Is it still A2032671988 or has it been superseded?
I'm thinking I should have done C230 Sport Coup's paper clip fix … I bought a replacement ring off eBay and threw away the original. It seemed to work great, but after the 110F+ desert heat this summer it seems to have warped or something because now it's popping out again and the shift indicator piece doesn't want to stay in either. So now I need to buy another one - maybe with the shift indicator, which would annoy me because it seems you can only find the units with the switch labelled 'C-S' and my MY is labelled as 'W-S'. A minor thing, but along the same line of annoyance as the shift ring popping out...
