Post C200 2001 No heating

Hi, my mercedes c200 2001 (W203)'s heating has stopped working. When I turn on the heating only cold air comes out. What could the problem be?
Already checked the water level

Does both sides blow cold? If one side works then it will be the actuator flaps, if both sides cold I had had this problem. I disconected the pipe below the expansion tank that leads to the heater matrix. Stuck the garden hose in there and flushed the heater matrix out. Now I have heat. My only problem now when I emptied the system again and topped up with antifreeze I lost my heating again. Flushed again same way heating working again. Now I have to get the antifreeze in again and will need to do it soon as winter approaches.

The hose fits nice on one side, but the opposite way I just had to try and seal with my handas best I could. Water all over the place but I did get some sort of flow. Keep the expansion cap on and the drain at the bottom of the radiator closed when flushing.
