How do I remove the front and rear door panels in a 2004 C230 sedan?

Hasn't anybody on this forum taken off the door panels? I really need to know so that I don't break anything. I want to replace the speakers.

Yes, people have removed the door panels. Just use our famous feature. I'm too lazy.
