C240 4Matic Deceleration Whining

I am new to the forums, and Mercedes.. I purchased a 2005 C240 wagon. It runs, and drives really great. But have noticed a noise coming from the rear end. It seems to be drive train related. And occurs when decelerating, or letting off the throttle. Is more noticeable at higher speeds. It almost sounds like a wheel bearing whine, but it doesn't occur when accelerating. I've had a few BMW's, and when this issue arises, it usually means the t case fluid is worn. ( I know the t case engages on decel) So i figured that is what the problem could be. Ive done a little research, and found people who have the similar problem, think the rear diff bearing?

This noise hasn't become very loud yet.. But would like to stop it before it gets worse..

Any advise would be helpful
