No Start C230 2006
Greetings all,
my doughter’s car will not start even with no codes. It dies crank and sound as it will but never did.
Whats been done:
replace sensor between fire wall and engine.
replace fuel pump driver side
all fuses are new
most relays are replaced
xentry DAS tested only constant codes that come back even after erasing ( M30 ground, top rail (roof and light)
both front doors signal light
SAM-F (M30)
Authorization active
Do not hear pump when trying to start but when I bypass the fuel relay by taking relay out and jump wire the pump to start. I do hear it and hear fuel going via the filter under the car (Still no start)
fuel pressure 49psi
Fuel come steady when disconnecting fuel rail and place it in measure cup
Battery full and been tested
all lights on dash are on
last issues with the car and believe is not related is with rear defroster that act up when connected but works
please I am ready to try anything now and start fresh if I have to as the car been out 5 weeks and she need it for college that 95mils away

Umm did you replace starter?
If this issue is still occurring, I’d look into making repairs specifically related to the problem. It doesn’t sound like the alternator works at all, but that’s my first guess. If not something is clearly not giving it power, so try changing out the battery cables, and check the fuses in the prefuse box by the engine, you know where the amp fuse is, it might be blown. And while your at it, get her some new spark plugs, since you’re making all these repairs.
