Lightbulb 2006 C230 Sport Squeaking Noise

Hey Guy I own a 2006 C230 and the suspension is driving me crazy..My main issue with the car is this squeaking/creaking noise that I have when I go over a bump (even slowly) that drives me nuts. I went to the mechanic and he told me that I should change my struts and also the driver side front control arms because the bushings were bad, therefore I bought the control arms and the full strut assemblys for the front and got them replaced. The car is now misaligned and if im not mistaken it makes even more noise when going over bumps. I tried pushing down on the front end to see what is creaking but being that the car is on the ground its kind of hard and when I push down on the front end of the car and let it come up then it is very loud (the creaking). I bought some oil and sprayed it on the suspension parts (bushings) but no luck. Any advice guys as to what I should do?
I really appreciate any advice I'm desperate.

Did you replace both upper and lower control arms? When those are bad will squeak and you can visibly see cracks in the bushings. You are also supposed to replace them in pairs --- both left and right sides at the same time. If you don't purchase OEM MB then Lemforder are the comparable replacement used by MB.

You're doing a lot of guessing. The two common squeakers are the sway bar bushings and the sway bar links. To narrow it down you need to disconnect the sway bar link at the sway bar end. Move the sway bar up and down and if it squeaks, its the bar bushings. If it doesn't squeak, it's probably the links. Before you re-connect the links, tie them up out of the way and drive around the block. If the noise is gone, you know youre on the right track. The same concept applies to the control arm bushings but you have to remove the joint end from the spindle/hub and move them manually. Sometimes you can get under it and have someone jounce the car while using a stethoscope to track it down as well.
