Another Crank No Start
Greetings all, my daughter car is 2006 w203 C230 that stopped during her trip home with dead battery and no start
process: fully charged battery and tested; ran xentry and Autel and had three codes 1. SAM-F M13 ground issue
2. Top panel (learning)
3. Left and right signal
fuel pressure 53psi pump work on and off (DAS)
pressure in cylinder’s 95-110psi (require 145psi)
cam showed both sides in center and DAS (-20,39)
new cam sensore
new starter
new fuel pump
new fuel filter
new Intake Manifold (broken flaps)
the car has Fuel, sparks, low pressure and timing within range
when starting it sounded as it’s going to start but dies not even with starter fluid
Rechecked Authorizations and tan DAS and Autel still no code but the three current even after delet
Any idea or input if I missed anything (all electric tested including fuses and relays)
the car sounded to me as something is holding it from the final firing.
I called Mercedes mechanic for second openion that charged $95 to tell me to change the starter!!!
any new recommendations is appreciated and please don’t say change cam sensor. Good d bless
