Coolant tank
Why is it that after i drive my coolant tank leaks out a decent amount of water?

I’m not sure I understand. Do you mean to ask why coolant flows from the cooling system to the expansion tank or are you saying it leaks from the tank?

Is it overfilled? If not I’d look for a crack in the hose fitting. It may open up under pressure.

I had this happen on a 2004 VW Jetta. Couldn’t find the leak until it let go. Seems like I replaced half the fittings in the cooling system one by one...
