2006 Mercedes C280 4matic stuck in 1st gear and in sport mode
The problem started when i was driving. I had it in D and was bump shifting. Went to bump up to 3rd when i felt a hard shift after that it was stuck in 3rd. I turned the car off and on and put it back in drive. I tried to bump it to the left to go to 1st gear but its stuck on D in 1st or 2nd gear and i cant change from sport mode to comfortable mode. Any help ??

Your car may be in limp home mode. The only way to get the transmission to shift normally could be a reset of the modules using diagnostic software.
This is what I did when my transmission wouldn't shift after a battery replacement. Also try to disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 5 minutes to see if it could revert back to factory settings.
