Need 05 Navigation Upgrade

When are you going to get some of these in stock and are you going to plan a trip to the Los Angeles area soon?
Anybody else know of how someone can upgrade from the stock headunit? Can the navigation system be ordered/installed at the dealership?

I had the pleasure last week of taking apart a brandnew (still wrapped with cartonage in the interior and stuck plastic on the outside) C230k last week at a cali MB dealership...a bit more work compared to the pre updated 203s but still very doable...
