How to fix broken subwoofer even though the sub itself is intact?
I have a 2004 C240 that has has a broken subwoofer for years. It's not the BOSE system, it's the default one in the trunk. It sounds like it's cracked or broken or hitting something, but when I visually look at it it is in perfect condition with no cracks or dents, etc. Anytime I play anything with a bass line, it sounds like it's buzzing and sounds terrible. Is there any way to fix this? Do I have to stuff the sub compartment with foam or anything?
Thanks!
