I went to charge after a leak repair. I bought the 2004 C230K early this winter and couldn't tell if the AC was working. the compressor doesn't appear to be running. The front.of the pulley is not turning. When i look at my 2003 C230K the front of the compressor spins whether the AC button is on or off. I searched for several hours today and could not find a flow chart of what to check. Fuse 41 & 51 are good.

The fans do come on in high speed. i checked codes with a basic MAC scanner and none were present. I don't know if a better scanner can see codes in other modules that this may not. any thoughts?
